“Moderating an Indian National Association for Study of the Liver (INASL) session on Hepatocellular carcinoma, I was reminded of our recent work – we showed rising numbers of hepatocellular carcinoma in India. Hepatologists, gastroenterologists and oncologists are witnessing this phenomenon – from a double burden of rising alcohol use and metabolic syndrome.”
