“People in the path of natural disasters may need help continuing their cancer care. The NCI’s Cancer Information Specialists can refer people who have been displaced to nearby cancer centers or NCI Community Oncology Research Program (NCORP) sites to continue their care.

Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Eastern Time in English or Spanish. After business hours, recorded information is available.
Online LiveHelp chat via livehelp.cancer.gov.
The CIS LiveHelp program offers online assistance in English and Spanish, Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
