What is your daily practice for molecular testing in pancreatic cancer?
National Comprehensive Cancer Network (NCCN): Consider testing potentially actionable somatic findings including but not limited to: ALK, NRG, NTRK, ROS, FGFR, RET, BRAF, BRCA, KRAS, PALB2 and HER2, MSI, TMB
ESMO: KRAS, BRCA. If KRAS wild type, further testing.”
Erman Akkus is a medical oncology fellow at Ankara University, Faculty of Medicine. Previously, he was an Internal Medicine Resident at the Ankara University, Faculty of Medicine. He was also a Visiting Researcher at the University of Oslo. He completed his education at the Medical University of Vienna.
