“Many people don’t know that women can donate blood too! Yes, women can be regular blood donors!

Dear women, are you between 18-65 years, fit and healthy, not pregnant or breastfeeding, no major operation or blood donation in the last 6 months, no infectious diseases like HIV/Hepatitis, and have a good blood level (12g/dl and above)?

Then plan to donate blood and save a life!

If you a female and have donated before, please post your donation photos to encourage others.”
