The Honourable Kirsty Duncan is the Member of Parliament for the riding of Etobicoke North (Canada), she has previously served as Deputy Leader of the Government in the House of Commons, Minister of Science and Minister of Sport and Persons with Disabilities. She was the Chair of the Standing Committee on Science and Research in the House of Commons. Prior to entering politics, Kirsty was an associate professor of health studies at the University of Toronto Scarborough, an associate professor of geography at the University of Windsor, and the former Research Director for the AIC Institute of Corporate Citizenship at the Rotman School of Management. Dr. Duncan is a cancer patient and a strong cancer advocate.
