Danielle Carnival: Biden Cancer Moonshot ensuring everyone has access to recommended cancer screenings
Danielle Carnival, Deputy Assistant to President Biden for the Cancer Moonshot, The White House, shared a post on X by Jill Biden, the first lady of the United States, adding:
“Breast cancer, when found early, has a five-year survival rate of 99% according to American Cancer Society. The Biden Cancer Moonshot is working to ensure everyone has access to recommended cancer screenings—so more Americans can catch cancer early when outcomes are best.”
Quoting Jill Biden’s post below:
“This National Mammography Day, no matter what is on your to-do list — take a moment to put yourself and your health first. Reach out to your doctor about whether it’s time for a mammogram or other cancer screenings.”
