“Grateful to be able to attend a reception for US Congressman Gabe Amo of Rhode Island with special guest Mayor Brett Smiley of Providence.

Had opportunity to thank Congressman Gabe Amo for his advocacy, to mention the challenges from cancer in RI, efforts at the Legorreta Cancer Center and the need to bring more federal research dollars to our state.

Both the congressman and the mayor have an open invitation to visit with us to learn more and meet our researchers, clinicians and students.”
