“The 8th Annual Childhood Cancer Awareness Walk, organized by the Okapi Children’s Cancer Foundation, aimed to raise awareness, educate the community about cancer and raise funds to support treatment of children with cancer. This year’s event received support from both individuals and corporate organizations.

During the walk, the Head of Management Ozy Okonokhua and Chief Volunteer Kemi Adekanye emphasized the need for the government to prioritize childhood cancer, increase awareness, and invest in infrastructure development.
