Lisa A. Lacasse: Honoring the legacy and contributions of Latino trailblazers during the CHCI Leadership Conference’s Gala
Lisa A. Lacasse shared a post on LinkedIn:
“After what was rewarding start of the week at American Cancer Society Cancer Action Network (ACS CAN)’s 18th Annual Leadership Summit and Lobby Day (that’s putting it lightly), I was absolutely honored this evening to round off the week honoring the legacy and outstanding achievements and contributions of exemplary Latino trailblazers during the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute (CHCI) Leadership Conference’s 47th Annual Awards Gala, Celebrating Latino Excellence in Action.
It was a pleasure to be joined by lawmakers, leaders and colleagues who stand with us in the fight against cancer including, Representative Sara Jacobs (D-CA), Secretary of Education Miguel Cardona and his wife Marissa, ACS CAN Board member Jose Ramos and ACS CAN colleagues, Nishith P. and Priscilla Cabral-Pérez, American Cancer Society Board member Jose Buenaga, and colleague Executive Vice President, Puerto Rico Lillian Santos.”
