Joshua Omale: Bridging the gap between awareness and action

“Day 14: Bridging the gap between awareness and action
No doubt, awareness campaigns have made people more conscious of childhood cancer, but awareness alone is not enough. We need action. For every conversation we have, every social media post, and every awareness event, we must follow through with tangible support—whether through donations, volunteering, or policy change.
If we only talk and never act, we’re leaving children and families in the same hopeless situations. Let’s ensure that every effort we make to raise awareness is matched by concrete actions that can actually save lives.”
