Paxman Scalp Cooling celebrates Dr. Ertugrul Unver’s retirement and contributions

“Last week we celebrated Dr. Ertugrul Unver’s retirement from the University of Huddersfield and his dedication to Paxman and collaboration with our team over the past 13 years.

Teaching and working in Huddersfield for the last 25 years, he has inspired and mentored almost all of our R&D team as they completed a variety of levels of education from Bachelor’s degrees to Masters and PhDs.

We cannot thank him enough for his dedication to improving scalp cooling for patients around the world by singlehandedly designing the current generation of Paxman cold cap that has been in production for the last 9 years. With his influential expertise and design acumen, unique to the industry, he has allowed so many more people to access scalp cooling thanks to his unique cold cap design for mass production.”
