Monica Bertagnolli shared on LinkedIn:

“This week on my blog: new NIH-funded research at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis offers clues on how zebrafish can heal spinal cord injuries.

Each year in the U.S. there are about 18,000 new spinal cord injuries, which damage the bundle of nerves and nerve fibers that send signals from the brain to the rest of the body.”
