In this case series of patients with T cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T-ALL), therapy with CD7-directed CAR T cells that express an anti-CD7 protein expression blocker to prevent CAR T-induced fratricide showed encouraging rates of clinical response and persistence of circulating CAR T cells and only mild toxicities.
