Fred R. Hirsch is the CEO of International Association for the Study of Lung Cancer. He is a Professor and the Executive Director of the Thoracic Center at Tisch Cancer Institute, Mount Sinai. He is also a Professor Of Medicine and Pathology at the University of Colorado.
