Richard Bleicher is the Director of Breast Fellowship Training Program at Fox Chase Cancer Center. He is also the Associate Professor of Surgical Oncology at Fox Chase Cancer Center. Previously he was an Attending Surgeon at the Palo Alto Medical Foundation. He received his M.D. in Surgical Oncology from The John Wayne Cancer Institute.
