CCRI’s Impressive Contributions at the Advances in Neuroblastoma Research Association (ANR) Meeting in Amsterdam
At last week’s ADVANCES IN NEUROBLASTOMA RESEARCH ASSOCIATION (ANR) Meeting in Amsterdam CCRI had a strong presence contributing with remarkable talks and posters! 🧠🔬
👨🔬Florian Halbritter captivated the audience with his insightful talk on their study titled “Neuroblastoma-associated chromosomal aberrations drive cell identity loss in human neural crest via disruption of developmental regulators.” This research focuses on utilizing stem cell models to understand the early stages of neuroblastoma pathogenesis.
🌱We’re particularly proud to have had many early-career, as well as already established researchers from our institute participate in the event, including Polina Perepelkina, Magdalena Radoš, Irfete Fetahu, MPharm, PhD, and Marie Bernkopf from Sabine Taschner-Mandl’s lab and Juraj Konc and Sören Strohmenger from Kaan Boztug’s group, Luis F. Montaño-Gutiérrez from Florian Halbritter’s group, as well as Heidrun Boztug on behalf of St. Anna Kinderspital. Irfete and Magdalena delivering talks on their upcoming publication. The meeting also featured Ulrike Pötschger, MSc PhD, who shared valuable insights on statistical methods in clinical trials through a flash talk.
🎉 In recognition of her long-standing expertise and dedication to neuroblastoma research, Sabine Taschner-Mandl was voted into the ANRA Advisory board. Congrats, Sabine!
👏 A big applause to everyone who contributed, presenting their innovative research and contributing to the advancement of neuroblastoma.
