Lacy Hubbard: I am thrilled to join the launch of the “One Egg a Day” program to support cancer patients detected from our cervical cancer screening program in Gicumbi.
Quoting Lacy Hubbard, President and CEO of Elekta Foundation, on LinkedIn:
“I am thrilled to join the launch of the ‘One Egg a Day’” program to support cancer patients detected from our cervical cancer screening program in Gicumbi. The protein, vitamins, and minerals found in eggs can help them recover from their cancer treatment. I want to thank our partners from the HEZA Initiative and ACREOL Center for making this happen. I also want to express my gratitude again to the supporters of the Ride for Rwanda cycling challenge organized by Elekta. With the funds raised from this event, we are able to start this incredible program in Rwanda.
Together, we can create a better world for cancer patients. We can not only add days to their lives but also add life to their days.”
