“The Coalition Against Childhood Cancer Survivorship Toolkit draws together expertise from professionals and experienced advocates to create a dependable library of resources to have current information readily available. This new resource hub consists of more than 500 resources to support survivors and their families along the survivorship journey.
The Toolkit provides education and resources – all in one place – for childhood cancer survivors and families. Survivors of all ages and all levels of ability have one comprehensive resource to rely on for information to guide along the survivorship journey!
Navigating childhood cancer survivorship is far from a one-size-fits-all experience, and the CAC2 Survivorship Toolkit provides comprehensive guidance in six key areas: Educational Guidance and Planning, Insurance and Financial Health, Managing Physical Health and Late Effects, Psychosocial and Emotional Health, Transitioning to Adulthood, and Wellness and Healthy Behaviors.”
