Douglas Flora: Launching the Faith Community Pharmacy Provider Network in Northern Kentucky
Douglas Flora shared a post on LinkedIn:
”Northern Kentucky friends, let’s come together to make a real difference!
I invite you to consider supporting an organization transforming our community’s lives. Faith Community Pharmacy is on a mission to ensure that everyone in Northern Kentucky can live healthier, fuller lives, and they need our help to grow.
This team gets results!
- Nearly 60% of our patients have diabetes and can access oral medications, select insulin products, and testing supplies through our pharmacy.
- More than 50% of our clients are managing mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder.
- Our intervention leads to significant health improvements. A study of over 100 diabetic patients showed an average A1C level decrease of more than 20% (from 9.23 to 7.69) after two years in our program.
- 80% of our clients are managing cardiovascular conditions, including hypertension, high cholesterol and heart failure.
Faith Community Pharmacy envisions a healthier future for all our neighbors. To make this vision a reality, we need to expand our services and ensure that everyone who needs help can find their way to our door.
Here’s How You Can Help: We are launching the Faith Community Pharmacy Provider Network and inviting you to join it. With an annual gift of $500 or a monthly commitment of $42, you can help us increase our impact on our community.
As a member of the Provider Network, you’ll receive personal recognition on our website and at our events, discounted tickets to our Annual Golf Outing and A Time to Celebrate Gala, and regular updates on our program’s improvements and enhancements.
Your support is crucial: Whether through referrals, feedback, or financial contributions, every bit helps us make a greater impact. Join us today and be a catalyst for change in Northern Kentucky. Together, we can ensure a healthier future for all!”
