Alexandra Schnell, Postdoctoral researcher at Whitehead Institute, shared a post on X:
”Excited to see the last chapter of my PhD published today at Nature Immunology. This was a perfect collaboration with my friend Pratiksha Thakore. We analyzed the chromatin landscape of Th17 cells and identified BACH2 as an important regulator.
BACH2 regulates diversification of regulatory and proinflammatory chromatin states in TH17 cells.
