“Love you Zindagi. .
No matter how tough life gets, one should always find ways to enjoy and learn from it.
Our Saturday Breast Support Group meeting at Max Hospital, Vaishali, was amazing! Everyone—participants, survivors, and doctors—was incredible.
We kicked off with a soothing yoga session led by Ms. Tina Jain. Then, Dr. Vivek Bindal gave an important talk about obesity and breast cancer risk. Ms. Archana Agarwal shared some great tips on an anti-inflammatory diet for during and after treatment.
People shared their personal stories, and there were a lot of tears—both happy and sad. Husbands cried for their strong wives, mothers for their brave daughters. Some spoke with heavy hearts, others with fierce determination.
We saw beautiful dances, heartfelt roleplays, and lots of laughter and joy.
To all my champions and their families: thank you for your bravery, strength, and for sharing your stories. Keep encouraging us!!
