“I’m excited to share that I’m joining the board of Omada Health. Since he was an early medical student, I’ve admired the passion, commitment, and vision of Sean Duffy. He’s built an extraordinary team that is committed to improve chronic disease outcomes at scale. And I’m excited to be reunited with Nancy Vitale and Trevor Fetter who I know from prior roles—along with others whose work and perspective I admire.”
Sachin Jain is the President and CEO of SCAN Group and Health Plan and an Adjunct Professor of Medicine at Stanford University School of Medicine. He also serves as a Board Member at The Paul & Daisy Soros Fellowships for New Americans, an Academic Hospitalist (WOC) at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, and a Board Member at America’s Health Insurance Plans (AHIP). He is also a board member of Omada Health.
