Michael Sapienza Highlights Colorectal Cancer Alliance’s Patient Voice Nomination
Michael Sapienza, Chief Executive Officer of the Colorectal Cancer Alliance, shared a post on LinkedIn:
“At the Colorectal Cancer Alliance, we believe the most transformative change in health begins with the voices of those most affected: patients.
We are honored to be nominated for the Healio Disruptive Innovators Award in The Patient Voice category. This award, given in collaboration with the The Association of Black Gastroenterologists and Hepatologists (ABGH) , goes to a patient advocate or advocacy group that moved the needle on a disease with regard to discussion in the public sphere, better communication between patients and providers and/or advocacy for legislative or regulatory action. See the nominees her.
This recognition reflects the power of listening deeply, elevating real experiences, and driving actionable solutions shaped by the community we serve. Every voice matters. Every story sparks change.
Please vote for the Alliance by August 25 to win the The Patient Voice Award.”
