- Liver transplantation and ChT prolong PFS, OS and safe with no QoL harm, in very selected LMCRC (TRANSMET)
- 1L nivo-ipi in dMMR mCRC prolongs PFS with better QoL (Checkmate 8HW)
- First trifuluridine/tripacil then regorafenib is better than rego-trif sequence in beyond 2L treatment of mCRC (SOREGATT)
- Adding pembro to periopereative therapy of locally advanced GEJ improves pCR rate (KEYNOTE-585)
- Switching paclitaxel-ramicurumab after disease control by 5FU-ox prolongs PFS and OS (ARMANI).”
