“Just spent one week in Nigeria providing oncology pharmacy training at University of Ilorin Teaching Hospital (UITH). Such an honor to work with all the enthusiastic pharmacists who have traveled far for the training!
I have also learned a lot about the challenges they are facing with practicing oncology in Nigeria and in Africa as a whole. They are truly in need for a lot more support from the larger global oncology community.
Here I would like to thank BIO Ventures for Global Health and my UITH host for making my trip a secure and productive one.”
