Andres Cardona: Mutational landscape of cancer-driver genes across human cancers
Angelo Pirozzi, Medical Oncology Fellow at Humanitas University and Research Fellow at Mayo Clinic (Phoenix), shared a post by Andres Cardona, Head of Research and Education at Luis Carlos Sarmiento Angulo Cancer Treatment and Research Center (CTIC), on X/Twitter, adding:
”Genomic sequences of 20,331 primary tumours representing 41 distinct cancer types to identify and catalogue the driver mutations present in 727 known cancer genes.”
