Graff is the Director of the Breast Oncology Program at Lifespan Cancer Institute at the Legorreta Cancer Center at Brown University and co-leader of the Breast Cancer Translational Research Disease Group. She is an Associate Professor of Medicine at the Warren-Alpert School of Medicine. She also serves as a medical advisor to the Dr. Susan Love Foundation for Breast Cancer Research, is an Associate Editor of Cancer Medicine, and chairs the editorial board of Oncology Times.
