In a post on Twitter by Fumiko Ladd Chino, Radiation Oncologist, it says, “Thursday thoughts on mentorship: Female 1st authors are equally likely to publish with Female or Male colleagues (while Male seniors more often collaborate with other Male), suggesting a positive role played by Female in mentoring or collaborating with other Female academics.”
