“Happy to share my first publication for my Ph.D. at Princess Máxima Center for Pediatric Oncology about ‘Targeting the innate immune system in pediatric and adult AML’.

While several excellent review articles cover the adaptive immune system, the innate immune system is currently outside mainstream research. Our literature review synthesizes and critically analyzes the current knowledge on the innate immune system in AML and how innate immune cells may be harnessed to enhance T/NK cell-based and other immunotherapeutic approaches.”
