Britta Babel: Fundraising for ACS CAN to Push for Better Access to Care, Funding, and More
Britta Babel, Minnesota Senior Grassroots Manager for the American Cancer Society Cancer Action Network (ACS CAN), shared a post on LinkedIn:
“It’s that time of year again! Our volunteers and staff are fundraising for the American Cancer Society Cancer Action Network. We advocate to push for better access to care, fund lifesaving policies, and ensure cancer patients, survivors, and caregivers’ voices are heard in the halls of government.
Every dollar truly makes a difference. If you’ve been touched by cancer in any way – or just believe in health equity and advocacy – please consider donating to support this mission.
Donate for a Lights of Hope bag in honor or memory of someone you love who has been touched by cancer. I’d love to honor someone you love who has been impacted by cancer. Their Lights of Hope bag will be displayed either in Washington, DC or at the Minneapolis Hope Lodge.
Support our important work.”
