Let’s Remember the Skin Cancer Prevention Habits we should all adopt – European Cancer Organisation
European Cancer Organisation shared a post on LinkedIn:
“Excessive exposure to UV radiation – both natural and artificial – is the main cause of skin cancer. Sunbeds alone contribute to 3,400 melanoma cases in Europe every year.
With summer coming up, let’s remember the skin cancer prevention habits we should all adopt.
It’s time to accelerate action on skin cancer prevention.”
The European Cancer Organisation called for increased attention to skin cancer prevention as summer approaches. They highlighted UV radiation as the primary cause and noted sunbeds account for 3,400 melanoma cases annually in Europe.
