Killian Maudet: Honored to receive the Young Researcher Award During the Research Days at Gustave Roussy

“Yesterday, I had the honor of receiving the Young Researcher Award during the Research Days at Gustave Roussy. After five years in medical school, I often questioned my decision to change paths. I may never know if it was the right decision, but this award reminds me that it certainly wasn’t the wrong one!

Thank you to Gustave Roussy for organizing these two days that showcased the outstanding quality of research carried out at the hospital. Thank you to EFREI – Grande école du numérique and Frédéric Meunier for giving me the opportunity to join the school despite an unconventional background.

And above all, thank you to the Computational Oncology team and all my colleagues! Today, I’m certain of one thing: joining this team was one of the best decisions I’ve made.”
