“Myeloma Paper of the Day: Extramedullary disease (PFS was 24.2 months without EMD vs. 9.0 months with) but not paraskeletal disease portends inferior outcomes after CAR T cell therapy in myeloma; about half of relapses post-CAR T had EMD.”
