“Took the ASCO In-Training Exam (ITE): a tiring 6-hour test that reminded me of USMLE Step 1 and Step 2 CS.
Fortunate to score in a high percentile. As a 3rd-year DM in India, it was tough but rewarding. Hope NBE and NMC adopt such formats for fairer, formative assessment.”
