University of Cincinnati Cancer Center launches search for next director
The University of Cincinnati Cancer Center today announced it is launching a search for a new director to lead the institution toward achieving its ambitious scientific goals and, ultimately, NCI designation.
‘The recruitment of a new director is a critical step toward ensuring that groundbreaking research translates into transformative patient care and meaningful impact for the communities we serve.
We are committed to finding a visionary leader who will propel the Cancer Center into a new era of excellence and innovation,’ said Gregory Postel, MD, dean of the UC College of Medicine, Christian R. Holmes Endowed Professor and executive vice president for health affairs at UC.
The search begins following recommendations from the Cancer Center’s External Advisory Board comprised of six esteemed cancer researchers and leaders from around the country.
