Robert Orlowski, Florence Maude Thomas Cancer Research Professor at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, shared a post on X:
“Myeloma Paper of the Day: Lachnospiraceae-inactivated phosphatidyl choline from myeloma cells inhibits CD8 T cell fxn via Sb9 mRNA maturation and exosomal Sb9 production via LPA reduces GZMB expression by suppressing tumor TP53 UFMylation in T cells.”
