Pembrolizumab-induced vasculitis in a 70 year old woman with endometrial cancer
Lauren Kriger Groner, Assistant Professor of Clinical Radiology and Attending Radiologist at Weill Cornell Medicine, shared a post on X:
“Woman in 70s with endometrial cancer on chemo and pembrolizumab presents with acute chest/neck pain.
Chest CT: Aortic plus Right brachiocephalic artery mural thickening/enhancement, new since 1.5 months ago.
PET: FDG activity fusing to mural thickening.
Dx: Pembrolizumab-induced vasculitis.”
