Ajay Major: Critically important multiple myeloma study from ASH23

”Impact of dexamethasone dose in 1L MM. Rahul Banerjee, ASH23:
– 541 pts from 2 SWOG trials
– no diff in PFS or OS between full-dose and down dose
– also no diff in PFS/OS for very-low-dose dex (>50% less during induction).
