At 2 years from first local regional therapy: downstaging 82% vs 66%, p<0.001

In AC, Y-90 >TACE, 74% vs. 65%, p<0.001
5-year post-LT recurrence in AC 30% vs. 14%;p=0.02
5-year post-transplant survival was similar
