“Last month, we joined the Asia Pacific Coalition against Lung Cancer (APCLC) for a webinar that explored the status of screening activity in Asia-Pacific, and looked at common challenges and key lessons.
If you missed it, the recording is now available on our website! Featuring screening and health system leaders from across the region, the webinar saw experts from Australia, India, Singapore and South Korea outline the status of screening in their countries, while sharing challenges they have experienced and lessons learnt along the way.
Eleanor Wheeler from the Network Secretariat also provided an overview of the Network’s implementation framework, which has been designed as a tool to support people setting up screening programmes. The webinar laid the foundation for an in-person workshop that took place at the Asia Conference on Lung Cancer on 17 October 2024.
