Darcy Burbage is an Oncology Clinical Nurse Specialist with over thirty years’ oncology nursing experience, and was the first Oncology Nurse Navigator at Christiana Care Health System in GrahamNewark, Delaware where she developed and implemented the role in the Christiana Care Breast Center at the Helen F. Graham Cancer Center and Research Institute.
Currently, she is a Consulting Associate at the Duke University School of Nursing, was the Secretary of the Board of Oncology Nursing Society, as well as served on the Board of Directors of the Delaware Breast Cancer Coalition, the Delaware Chapter of the American Cancer Society and is currently on the Professional Advisory Board of the Cancer Support Community Delaware. Darcy is the recipient of the Pearl Moore Making a Difference Award. Recently she was included on the list of 100 most influential women in oncology on social media by OncoDaily.
