In a post by on Linkedin, it says, “Despite advances in cancer treatments, there remains a gap in access to treatment and care for children facing this devasting disease.
Our legacy program, My Child Matters, addresses the inequities of pediatric cancer treatments for families in low and middle-income countries. In the past 12 months, this program, which is supported by Foundation S, has opened 24 new pediatric oncology centers in Africa and has launched the My Child Matters grants program to help foster collaboration and innovation, to move the needle forward.
We are committed to do our part to achieve our global objective of a 60% survival rate of childhood cancers.”
