Kylie Walters: Finding structural motifs hidden within intrinsic disorder
Kylie Walters, Senior Investigator at National Cancer Institute, made the following post on LinkedIn:
“We applied NMR to study a linker region used in CART cell therapy to find structural motifs hidden within intrinsic disorder. This work highlights the power of NMR for studies of IDPs and insights into CART cell design. Congrats to NCI Center for Cancer Research post-baccalaureate Varvara Folimonova, Xiang Chen, Hitendra Negi, Jess Li, Charles Schwieters, and thanks to our collaborators R.
