Aaron Goodman: How to avoid burnout in medicine
Aaron Goodman shared a post on X:
”How to avoid burnout in medicine!
You are smart, have hobbies and get good at them.
For me:
- Guitar/piano.
- Re-learning math and actually taking time to understand it.
- Training my boarder collie to do cool stuff.
- Eating tacos, drinking beer around San Diego and Mexico.”
