A 70 year old with metastatic pancreatic cancer is being treated with gemcitabine+Abraxane achieving a partial response (PR).
On cycle 5 he develops severe fatigue.
CBC:
- Hb: 6.5
- WBC: 3.0
- Plt: 40
Other Labs:
- Cr: 2.5 (baseline 1.3)
- LDH: 400
- Bili: 2.0
