Omar Abdihamid, Clinical Oncology Specialist at HCGCCK Cancer Centre, recently shared on LinkedIn:
“I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as 2024 Common Sense Oncology Cancer Research Fellow at Queen’s University!
Division of Cancer Care and Epidemiology (CCE). In my current role I will learn more about clinical trials and how to improve cancer care using data-driven health service research in the province of Ontario, Canada.
The Common Sense Oncology fellowship focuses on outcomes that matter to cancer patients and their families.
These cancer care principles wrap around equity, value-based care, and quality of life.
I am grateful to the faculty of the Common Sense Oncology fellowship for the great opportunity.”
