Vivek Subbiah: Thrilled to share our publication as a precursor to World Cancer Day
Vivek Subbiah, Chief of Early-Phase Drug Development at the Sarah Cannon Research Institute, shared a post on LinkedIn about a recent paper he co-authored with colleagues published in JCO Global Oncology:
“As a precursor to World Cancer Day on February 4th, we are thrilled to share the publication.
‘Precision Oncology: A Global Perspective on Implementation and Policy Development,’ in American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) journal JCO Global Oncology.
This paper is the result of over a year and a half of dedicated collaboration with an exceptional team in the field of precision oncology.
A special kudos to Denis Horgan, at International Cancer Patient Coalition and European Alliance for Personalised Medicine (EAPM) for his outstanding leadership spearheading this.
This work is a testament to the power of global collaboration in advancing healthcare and improving patient outcomes. The pictures are from our meeting at the United Nations event on tackling cancer in September 2024 in NY at the UN building.”
