Proud to Announce the Launch of the European Youth Cancer Network – European Cancer Organisation

“We’re proud to announce the launch of the European Youth Cancer Network (YARN), a new EU-funded initiative dedicated to improving the lives of adolescents and young adults affected by cancer.
This ambitious project will:
- Expand the EU Network of young people affected by cancer
- Strengthen peer support and social connections
- Improve access to multilingual, evidence-based information on side effects, relapse & metastatic cancer
- Promote mental health, well-being, and healthy lifestyles
- Train 100 patient advocates through the ACE Academy
- Promote equity, diversity & inclusion in cancer care
- Maintain and grow a digital platform for young people
ECO will help develop tools and resources to enhance inclusivity across healthcare settings, patient organisations, and communication campaigns
