Dr. Christina Annunziata, MD, PhD, is joining the American Cancer Society as the Senior Vice President for Extramural Discovery Science. Her leadership will drive groundbreaking research and innovation in cancer care, overseeing the nation’s largest private source of cancer research and training funds. With approximately $400 million in grants funded at any given time, Dr. Annunziata will play a vital role in the American Cancer Society’s mission to eliminate cancer for all.
