Pre-operative abdominal MRI was associated with improved OS

4579 patients
51.4% had a preop abdominal MRI
OS in MRI vs no-MRI
33.1 months vs 22.1 months
aHR: 0.828 (0.769-0.890)

The ones who have less tumor burden and who are more likely to be resected may have had more MRI?

Despite the limitations, this study suggests that MRI should be utilized.”
